Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Make Over!

Micheal Thurmond is a weight loss guru who can be seen on Extreme Makeover on ABC. He has invented a weight loss plan that claims to change and mold your body into what you would like it to be. The plan's big hook is what Thurmond calls blueprinting.
The Weight loss plan comes with cards that you mix and match to closely represent your present body shape. From this you figure out which body type you are most like. This body type is how you figure out what you are supposed to eat, and how much you are supposed to eat. This body type also detirmines which exorcises you are to do. The exorcise is done with a rubber cord with handles. This is resistance. The plan calls for 18 minutes a day of these exorcises.
I bought this plan and used it along with another exorcise program and I followed this plan religiously for about 3 weeks. It worked.  This plan takes a massive amount of dedication, memory and for some of us will power. Although I was never hungry, I still craved sugar. I lost a total of 8 pounds. I intend to resume this plan very soon.

RSA Representatives are...
  1. More informed about what is happening on campus and in the community.
  2. Better networked with other students living on other parts of campus.
  3. Receiving opportunities to represent their school at regional and national conferences.

RSA Representatives are responsible for...
  1. Attending all IHA meetings.
  2. Informing C3s and residents of all relevent information from IHA meetings.
  3. Informing RSA of any concerns or ideas from C3s or residents.
  4. Participating in RSA sponsored events as directed by the President (aka. Rep. Events - 2 required per semester).

You can become an RSA Representative by volunteering or being voted by your C3.  C3s can also send non-voting representatives to IHA meetings if their quota for Representatives is filled.  These non-voting representatives can also serve as substitutes for when a voting representative is absent temporarily.  If you are a Residence Life student staff member, you may serve as a non-voting representative with the same ability to substitute as afore mentioned.

Attendance Policies

Required Number of Representatives per complex:
  • Christiana Towers - 5

  • Dickinson Complex - 4
  • Gilbert Complex - 4

All of these voting representatives are required to attend all meetings, or if necessary, send a substitute in your place (who shall sign in for you).  Failure to do so will result in decreased eligibility for funding for the programs sponsored by those complexes as shown in a table on the page about funding.
