Baby Bottle Fundraiser to raise money for young single mothers.  The complex that raises the most money wins!  For more information contact Casey!
 
CAACURH conference meeting are held on Tuesday nights at 9:30pm in the RSA office (230 Trabant)

Broom Hockey Tournament -- 11/20
CAACURH Conference starts on Friday
Russel Complex was the winner of the baby bottle collection!
The CAA blood drive is 11/17...volunteers still needed.
11/12 8pm - Battle for Life - Voices against Hunger in the Scrounge
11/17 - Relay for Life Kick off event. 9pm in 119 Purnell Hall

Rodney- Mr & Mrs Rodney is in the works
Central -  The next town meeting will have a guest speaker from career services.
Russell- 80's themed party. a professor came to the town meeting and talked about the recent election. coffee houses
Gilbert- the complex constitution is now written
Pencador - Is in the works of plannin the Fall Festival
Towers - Sponsoring a turkey dinner contest on 11/22 and a representative from maintence facilities will be at the next town meeting.

Complex broom hockey tournament is Saturday 11/20!
Final exam kits will be distributed the week of 11/29- 12/3 at the towers commons. perkins student center and rodney dining hall.
Relay for Life- 5/7-5/8...RSA will be having a team!
Mallstock is scheduled for 4/30 from 3-9pm!!!
Relay for Life charity ball will be held on 4/23 7-11pm in the TUCMPR's
DUSC is sponsoring a campus wide food drive. prizes will be awarded!
Smash Bros program (video game) in Gilbert planned for Saturday night (RA program)
International food night being held in the Harrington Complex in the A/B lounge on Wednesday night.
Chabbad 101 Judism event held in the Harrington Complex on Wednesday night.

Baltimore Art museum trip 12/4 from noon-midnight
Rodney compex stay up all night and have fun event is scheduled for 12/8 from 10pm -2am.
Towers winter wonderland party in the commons on 12/4...all money raised will go to St Judes hospital
Bowling 12/3 sponsored by the Russell complex

Ray Street is continuing to work on the Ray Street Fair and is holding a holiday food drive.
Pencador - Pencador is planning a couple study breaks to take place during finals week.
Towers - The Winterwonderland raised $125.oo for St. Judes
Central - Writing Holiday cards to children and they had a quest speaker from Judical affairs.
Rodney - Will be having study breaks during finals week
Dickinson - Making final preparations for the West Side Social
Russell - Study breaks to take place during finals week
Harrington - Study breaks during finals weeks and a holiday food drive
Gilbert - Study breaks during finals week and they are starting to plan for a Spring Formal

Ray St - Planning Ray Fair and looking to purchase picnic tables

MEETING MINUTES 3/6/2005 - 3/20/2005
CCC HOLLA
Rodney - Poker Tournament being held in the Rodney Dining Hall on 4/7/2005. 
               $10 registration fee and all proceeds going to juvenille diabetes.
Dickinson - Many fun events are in the works. Working with the Rodney Complex to put together a west side concert.
Russell - Working on planning the semiformal on the beach later in the Spring.
Harringotn - Putting together a MR & MRS Harrington
Gilbert - Pancake study break planned for 3/20 at 10pm in the Gilbert A/B lounge
Central - Successful community service trip to Philly.  Planning fun trips throughout the Spring one of them being a trip to Six Flags
Pencador - Many fun events in the works for the Spring
Ray Street - Planning for the Ray Fair and working to get picnic areas within the complex also looking to set up a frisbee golf area.
Towers - Many fun events in the works for the Spring
 
Also during the meeting the monthly budget was reviewed!
**NRHH nominations are due soon ~ don't forget to nominate yourself or your peers!
 
IMPORTANT NEWS: Executive board interviews for the 2005 - 2006 year will be held on 4/19 & 4/20! Deadline to sign -up is 3/25.  (Feel free to contact any of the current executive board members if you are interested in their position for a shadowing opportunity)
